Store Policy we apologize but our store policy is direct to the point and clear. We do not offer refunds. if your items arrive damaged during the shipping process, you must file a claim with USPS https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm, submit your claim we recommend you take pictures and or video the damaged item and the USPS will refund as they see fit, we also don't offer refunds for missing and or lost packages that have been marked delivered and claimed not been received, because the sea moss you purchased you didn't like or for other reasons. So that we can attempt to resolve the issue please email us, we do not offer refunds and we will help as best we can.
